Girl's Gone Child: Thirty Weeks

I suffered both a bit of indigestion at around 25weeks but only really lasted about a week then went away now suddenly last night i was awake from 345am with an acid/burning feeling in my throat, took some rennies an it settled it a little but i thought that indigestion/heartburn was meant to reduce in the final weeks due to baby dropping/engaging??. I'm 37 weeks, almost 38 and the last couple of days i have been having terrible acid reflux, to the point where i feel nauseous. i have been taking medication for this for years now and haven't had any trouble during my pregnancy with it until these last few days.. Heartburn occurs as a result of food and acid leaking from the stomach up into the food pipe, or esophagus. experiencing heartburn at night may mean that a person ate too soon before going to bed..
